This project is for a duplex of two x three bedroom high-end houses with parking on a central site in Kingsland, Auckland. The site is close to the Kingsland town centre and a stone’s throw away from Eden Park and Kingsland Train Station that provides access into the city. Kingsland is a popular inner-city suburb, with excellent access to amenities and transport where demand is high. The project is currently in concept design and resource consent stage with target launch date being Q1 2025.
