Additionally, there is a duplex with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both layouts showcase contemporary decor, open-plan living areas, and inviting deck and courtyard spaces.
Saltburn House
Constructed of vertical cedar and concrete block offering a synergy of cutting-edge design. Each dwelling contained four bedrooms and three bathrooms, while positioned on the site to maximise light and space.

Noall Development
This architecturally designed project includes a duplex for rental income alongside a standalone four-bedroom, three-bathroom home tailored to the client’s needs. The original dwelling on the site will also be preserved, seamlessly integrating the new development with its existing structure.
